The Captain
Routes the day’s work across the squad, breaking objectives into tasks and handing each to the right specialist.
Read the brief →Twelve specialised operatives take the work off your team’s hands — selling, writing, supporting, analysing, coding, researching — while every irreversible move still waits for your signature.
For years the promise of automation arrived as a single, brittle chatbot — eager to answer, unable to act. That era is closing. SuperheroAgent assembles a coordinated squad: distinct agents, each with a trade, each accountable, working the queue while you sleep and reporting for review when you wake.
The difference is division of labour. The Captain routes the day’s work; the Closer moves deals a stage forward; the Storyteller ships the campaign; the Empathy Shield answers the ticket at 2 a.m. No single model pretending to do everything — a newsroom of specialists, filing on deadline.
Crucially, autonomy here is earned, not assumed. An agent proves itself on reversible work before it is trusted with more, and anything with consequence — a refund, a contract, a send to fifty thousand inboxes — halts for a human hand. The result reads less like magic and more like a well-run desk: fast, legible, and yours to command.

It breaks the goal into tasks, routes each to the right specialist, and the agents hand off to each other until it's done.
Specialists act inside the policies you set — data scopes, spend caps, and approval gates on anything high-risk.
Work ships with a full audit trail. Review, approve, or roll back — every action is attributed to an agent and reversible.
Autonomy at SuperheroAgent is a privilege the agents earn, one reversible task at a time. A new operative starts on a short leash — drafting, suggesting, staging — and widens its remit only as its track record holds. Trust here is measured, logged, and revocable.
The line is drawn at consequence. Anything irreversible — money moving, a contract signed, a mass send, data deleted — stops and waits for a human to approve. Everything an agent does is written to a full audit trail you can read line by line. And you hold a kill switch that halts the entire squad in a single click, no questions asked.
Data scopes, spend caps, and allowed tools are set per agent. An agent cannot act outside the policy you assign it.
Every action is attributed to an agent, timestamped, and reversible. Export the full log any time.
Encrypted in transit and at rest, isolated per tenant, with configurable data residency. We never train shared models on your data.
Human oversight designed to NIST AI RMF and EU AI Act Article 14 — approval gates and a kill switch you own.

Q. What exactly is an “agent-run”?
A. One agent-run is a single task a specialist completes end-to-end — a drafted sequence, a reviewed contract, a resolved ticket. Plans include a monthly allotment; beyond it, runs are usage-based, so you only pay for work delivered.
Q. How does the autonomy dial work?
A. Every agent starts in Assist mode — it proposes, you approve. As it earns a track record you raise it to Supervised or Full. High-risk actions still gate to a human, and you can lower the dial or hit the kill switch at any time.
Q. Can agents take irreversible actions?
A. Money moving, signing, deleting, a mass send — these always route through an approval gate unless you explicitly allow them, and even then they're logged and reversible where the underlying system permits.
Q. Do you train models on our data?
A. No. Your data is used only to do your work — never to train shared or foundation models. Giving an agent a knowledge base lets it draw on your material at work time; that content stays isolated to your workspace, encrypted in transit and at rest.
Q. How long does it take to get started?
A. Same day. Setup is light but real — you configure an agent and load its knowledge base, then put it on duty in Assist mode. Most teams have their first agent working within a few hours, then add the squad and raise autonomy over the first couple of weeks.
Q. What happens if an agent gets it wrong?
A. You review from a full audit trail, roll back the action, and the correction feeds the agent's guardrails. Nothing runs without attribution — no black-box mistakes.
The busywork does not have to be yours. Deploy the squad, keep the command, and read the results in the morning.
